We want you to feel confident shopping with ottees. Every piece is created with care, and because many of our products are made-to-order or released in limited quantities, we keep our return policy simple and transparent.
Returns
We accept returns for items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
Exchanges & Sizing
Please review sizing carefully before placing your order.
At this time, we cannot guarantee exchanges for sizing issues due to the limited and made-to-order nature of many of our products. However, if you need help before ordering, we’re always happy to assist.
Limited Releases & Custom Items
Some products are part of limited drops or custom production runs and may be marked as final sale.
This helps us reduce waste and continue creating exclusive wearable art in smaller batches.
Product Appearance
Slight variations in color, print placement, or garment tone may naturally occur during the production process. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
We do our best to display products as accurately as possible across all devices and screens.
Shipping
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are handled by the carrier and may occasionally experience delays outside of our control.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, we’re unable to make changes to the order.
